Rhiannon + Michael

They were married on June 20th, summer solstice, at the beautiful Creekside Inn at Sedona.

Rhiannon got ready in The Victorian Suite at the Creekside Inn with the help of her mom. I love the elegance of this photograph.

Michael's son Ben was the ring bearer and was fantastically expressive.

Ron captured this fabulous reaction of the groom, Michael.

Rhiannon is escorted to the wedding ceremony by her two dads.

Everything was gorgeous... the lush location, the sound of the creek, the cloudy summer's day.

Rhiannon's beauty is timeless.

This photograph was taken during the ceremony when a leaf floated down onto Rhiannon's dress and comfortably stayed.

Maria Grace performed a thoughtful and beautiful ceremony. I always love the weddings she presides over. Music was performed by the talented Oman Ken. Lovely floral was designed by Mountain High Flowers of Sedona.

Rhiannon & Michael - their eyes twinkle when they are together. They are super affectionate. They are silly. They laugh constantly. You can see how they really appreciate each other and feel gratitude to have found each other. Everyone was so happy for them. Oh ... and the yummy cake was designed by Sedona Sweet Arts.

The "green" farewell ... birdseed. Good for the environment but really messy.

Rhiannon and her mom Frannie were effortless together.

The Hollywood kiss... that needed no prompting.

Then we went to Red Rock Crossing for more romantic portraits. Sedona's famous Cathedral Rock and Oak Creek are our backdrop.

Congratulations Rhiannon & Michael. We wish you a quadrillion years together of love, health and happiness.

Maria Grace & Oman Ken

Last weekend at Rhiannon & Michael's wedding at the Creekside Inn of Sedona, Maria Grace performed a beautiful ceremony and her husband Oman Ken played gorgeous music.

I adore this portrait of Maria & Oman photographed during Rhiannon & Michael's wedding reception. I love how they are comfortably intertwined and sharing an authentic intimacy. Photographs like this are so priceless because Maria & Oman were photographed at the truest moment; I walked by with my camera just at the right time.

Joanne's Family

We just got back from a wonderful working holiday in Florida where I attended a photography workshop, enjoyed the beach in Fort Lauderdale (thank god it wasn't spring break), and photographed a wonderful family (who we've now adopted as our own).

Amelia is almost four, is about to take swim lessons, and is as cute as she is strong willed!

Amelia's little sister Maryn is almost one, practically walking, and is super adorable. She's photographed with her mom Kim, who is an awesome mom and social worker.

Joanne and Rick look (and act) way too young to be grandparents. We are so appreciative of their generous spirit, which made our trip to Florida possible. Thank you!
